Why We Built This
Pass the Helmet. It's what we do.
Maybe Kevin's Moto Guzzi has been sitting in the garage for a year and he's too proud to ask for help. Maybe it's just a battery and some beer money and you want to make his week. Throw in two bucks. Skip one beer. We won't tell.
Or maybe it's serious. Bob was riding the speed limit, minding his own business, and some distracted driver changed everything. Medical bills, missed work, a bike that's totaled. That's when this community shows up for real.
Pass the Helmet is for both. The ridiculous and the real. The "let's just get this guy back on the road" and the "this family actually needs us right now."
Minimum donation is $2. No judgment on the amount. Just pass it.
(And bartenders — we love you. That was a joke. Please don't spit in our drinks.)
A note on trust
As quirky as this page is, we take your money seriously. All payments are processed securely through Stripe — the same platform used by Amazon, Google, and millions of businesses worldwide. Your financial information never touches our servers. Pass the Helmet takes an 8% platform fee to keep the lights on. The rest goes directly to the person who needs it. 🤙
